Your Role

As Programme Manager, you will take responsibility for leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver programme objectives, ensuring strong performance across delivery, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.

You will act as the primary customer interface for programme delivery, playing a key role in driving performance, managing risk, and optimising financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading cross-functional teams to achieve programme objectives, ensuring On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery
Acting as the primary customer interface for hardware delivery and programme performance
Managing programme financials including budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and cost optimisation initiatives
Overseeing planning, resource allocation and delivery milestones across the programme
Driving continuous improvement activities using established methodologies (Gemba, CI tools)
Supporting internal and customer programme reviews and reporting
Managing change activities, bids, RFQs and business cases
Maintaining programme governance, ensuring alignment with business management systems
Preparing and delivering communications to senior leadership and stakeholders

This role will also support bid activities and ensure continuity of programme delivery across customer requirements.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring

Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field
Extensive Programme Management experience in aerospace manufacturing
Experience working with OEM and Tier 1 aerospace customers
Strong understanding of composite manufacturing and programme lifecycles
Experience in risk, change, and contract management (including APQP)
Proven ability to manage programme financials (P&L)
Track record of improving performance and delivering customer satisfaction
