Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors. This dynamic role involves providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, personable, and capable of handling multiple tasks with enthusiasm. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while contributing to a vibrant team environment.

Duties

Greet guests and visitors warmly, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere
Manage all incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries efficiently
Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth registration processes
Handle guest requests promptly, providing information about services and amenities
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area to uphold a welcoming environment
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining logs

Skills

Multilingual or bilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse guests
Strong phone etiquette with a clear, courteous, and professional manner
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred
Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach
Knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service best practices
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
