Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our operation at Grange Park, Northampton (NN4 5EL). This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with a variety of shift patterns available to suit different preferences:

4 on / 4 off

- 06:00 – 18:00
- 10:00 – 22:00

Tuesday to Saturday

- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00

Sunday to Thursday

- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00

A salary of £26,957.84 per annum for employees working a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern
A salary of £25,116.00 per annum for employees working any 5 days out of 7

What you will do on a typical day:

Support the smooth and efficient flow of goods throughout the warehouse
Complete a range of warehouse tasks including picking, packing, inbound, outbound and stock control
Use warehouse management systems as part of your daily duties
Follow all GXO health and safety policies at all times

What you need to succeed at GXO:

A positive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to learn
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
A keen focus on safety, accuracy and attention to detail
