Overview

Periculo is a cyber security company that specialises in Health, Defence and AI.

We are going through a continued period of growth and are looking to expand our commercial team with a sales team member. We are open to either individuals already embedded in the defence or health space that would like to transition to cyber sales, or are already successful cyber sales members. We are also open to more junior sales to the right person.

Your job role will allow you to take the lead on the operational selling of security services, such as DCC certifications, Cyber Essentials Plus, Penetration testing and managed services

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in cybersecurity solutions to engage with clients, understand their security needs, and deliver tailored strategies that safeguard their digital assets.

Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will drive growth, foster lasting relationships, and promote innovative security offerings across diverse industries. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical knowledge with sales acumen in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

We are really looking for someone with drive and hunger to shape a sales function - there are great opportunities for progression to the right person

Responsibilities

Present comprehensive cybersecurity solutions to prospective clients through engaging demonstrations and tailored proposals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their security challenges and providing expert guidance
Collaborate with technical teams to craft customized security strategies and solutions
Manage the sales pipeline, track KPIs and produce reports
Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and industry best practices to effectively communicate value propositions
Organize and prioritize sales activities through excellent time management and organizational skills to meet targets consistently

Qualifications

Proven experience in IT sales or cybersecurity solutions with a passion for technology-driven security services
Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to varied audiences
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for effective client engagement
Proficiency presentations and creating standout presentations
Familiarity with cloud platforms, SaaS companies and AI tooling
Demonstrated customer service orientation with a proactive approach to client needs
Exceptional organizational skills combined with effective time management to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously

Pay: £27,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
