Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Customer Acquisition Specialist – Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. This role involves engaging with potential business clients, fostering relationships, and securing new partnerships to drive company growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Duties

Identify and target prospective business clients through research and outreach strategies.
Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Develop customised proposals and negotiate terms to secure new business agreements.
Maintain ongoing communication with potential clients to nurture relationships and facilitate the sales process.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
Manage a pipeline of leads, track progress using CRM systems, and report on sales activities regularly.
Attend industry events and networking functions to expand professional contacts and generate new leads.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales or customer acquisition roles, preferably within a related industry.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
