Partner Relationship Manager (Vehicle Contract Hire)

Melton, East Yorkshire (HU14 3RS) – Office Based
Realistic OTE £50,000–£55,000+ | Uncapped Commission
Full Time | Monday – Friday

Join a growing, family-run vehicle leasing business.

We're looking for an ambitious, relationship-focused Partner Relationship Manager to join our Motorlease team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong business relationships, thrives in a sales environment, and wants to develop a long-term career within the vehicle leasing industry.

You'll become a key contact for our network of leasing brokers, finance partners and business customers, helping them find the right vehicle leasing solutions while delivering outstanding service from enquiry through to delivery.

As you grow in the role, you'll also begin managing larger corporate customers and developing your own portfolio of key accounts.

If you already have experience within vehicle leasing, contract hire, automotive finance or fleet, we'd love to hear from you. Equally, if you've worked in a similar automotive sales or account management role and are keen to learn, we'd still encourage you to apply.

What you'll be doing

Building and maintaining strong relationships with leasing brokers and business partners.
Developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.
Working with finance providers and vehicle suppliers to secure competitive leasing offers.
Preparing vehicle leasing quotations and finance proposals.
Managing customer enquiries from initial enquiry through to order.
Looking after a portfolio of business customers and supporting larger corporate accounts.
Ensuring all customer interactions are completed in line with FCA regulations and company procedures.
Working closely with our procurement, administration and customer support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Achieving monthly sales and performance targets.

We're looking for someone who is:

A confident communicator who enjoys building long-term relationships.
Commercially minded and motivated by achieving targets.
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple customers at once.
A genuine team player with a positive attitude.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Experience we'd love to see:

Experience within vehicle leasing, contract hire, fleet or automotive finance.
Experience working with leasing brokers, finance companies or vehicle dealerships.
Sales, account management or business development experience.
An understanding of regulated finance or FCA processes would be an advantage.

Don't worry if you don't tick every box - we value attitude, willingness to learn and the right personality just as much as previous experience.

What you'll receive

£25,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission with realistic earnings of £50,000-£55,000+.
