Guest Laundry Attendant - Park Plaza Riverbank

Key Responsibilities as our Guest Laundry Attendant:

Process guest laundry, colleague uniforms and hotel linen in line with brand standards, ensuring all items are cleaned, handled and presented to a high standard.
Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently while following all laundry procedures and care instructions.
Handle guest laundry requests promptly and professionally, ensuring special requirements are met to enhance the guest experience.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures.
Work closely with Housekeeping and other departments to support daily operations and maintain service excellence across the hotel.
Report maintenance issues, equipment faults and safety concerns, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service standards.

About You:

We are looking for a Guest Laundry Attendant who takes pride in delivering high standards and will:

Have previous laundry, housekeeping or cleaning experience, ideally within a hotel environment.
Have strong attention to detail and take pride in maintaining excellent quality and presentation standards.
Be organised and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing changing priorities.
Deliver excellent customer service and communicate confidently with guests and colleagues.
Be reliable, flexible and committed to our values of Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment and Care.
