Ballicom is an award-winning global Information Technology company and is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of IT- related hardware and software, supplying both the private and public sectors.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to analyse customer needs, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

The role is on-site, full time at our offices in Coventry.

Key Responsibilities:

· To ensure all customer enquiries via phone and email are dealt with in a timely, professional, and helpful manner.

· Ensure we are providing excellent after-care service for our customers.

· To liaise with all departments in the company to ensure smooth and effective customer resolution.

· To provide and maintain records in relation to customer returns, warranties and credits.

· Arrange collection of faulty goods and collection/delivery of faulty goods and replacements where necessary.

· Liaise with suppliers to generate accurate RMA numbers and paperwork as and when required.

· Timely and accurate communication with customers and suppliers.

· Liaise with Accounts department and suppliers in regard to invoices and credits.

Personal Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service

· Excellent organisation skills and ‘attention to detail’

· Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are crucial for success in this position.

· Calm and methodical approach to work

· Confident telephone manner, excellent rapport-building skills with good written and communication skills

· A positive attitude and the ability to meet challenges and deadlines.

· A motivated self-starter who is capable of working under own initiative

· Sound commercial understanding.
