Store Operations & Merchandising

Assist with daily shop floor setup, visual display arrangements, shelf replenishment, and maintaining clean promotional areas.
Accurately handle basic administrative tasks, inventory logging, and checkout transactions.
Follow store guidelines, health and safety standards, and team procedures.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with team members and floor leads to meet daily store objectives.
Participate in paid training, morning briefings, and continuous coaching sessions.
Share constructive feedback to help improve store layouts and customer engagement strategies.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
