Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Graduate Entry - Programme Executive to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role with attendance at our London office. This exciting position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in programme coordination, project management, and UK and European tech startup environments. As a Programme Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of innovative programmes, engaging with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth operation of our initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about learning, development, and making a positive impact.

Responsibilities

Support the Programme Manager in planning and executing UK and European events, including logistics, venue liaison, travel arrangements, and on-the-day support.
Help prepare materials, briefings, and follow-up communications for events and partner-led activities.
Coordinate the pipeline of sponsored activities (dinners, breakfasts, portfolio days, etc), ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with member and partner expectations.
Coordinate communication between internal teams, external partners, and participants to facilitate seamless operations.
Monitor programme progress, gather feedback, and prepare reports to inform continuous improvement efforts.
Contribute to outreach efforts by engaging with potential participants and promoting programme benefits.
