About the role

As Product Manager for our Core Systems team, you'll shape the foundations of our digital experience. This is a new role with the opportunity to define the product direction for the systems, tools and patterns that enable great digital experiences at scale. You'll work on the capabilities that underpin our websites, including navigation, templates, our content management system and our design system. By improving the experience for both content teams and website visitors, you'll help create a digital estate that is consistent, accessible and easy to manage, enabling colleagues to deliver high-quality content more efficiently while making it easier for audiences to find what they need.

About you

You're an experienced digital Product Manager who enjoys solving complex platform and operational challenges that have broad organisational impact. You understand how investing in the foundations of digital products - such as content platforms, design systems and shared capabilities - can improve both user experience and delivery efficiency. You bring a strong user-centred approach, balancing the needs of internal users and external audiences, and are comfortable working with engineers, designers, content specialists and stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes. Experience working with or developing design systems would be an advantage, as would an interest in improving content operations, usability and consistency across digital products.
