Job Title: Senior Patient Sales Advisor
Location: London
Contract: Full-time (Monday-Friday)

Job Summary

We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Senior Patient Sales Advisor to join our team. The Senior Patient Sales Advisor plays a key role in converting prospective patients into booked diagnostic assessments while delivering an exceptional patient experience. This role is responsible for proactively contacting patients who have shown a strong interest in our services, understanding their needs, building trust, and guiding them confidently through the booking process.

As a senior member of the New Patient Sales Team, you will lead by example, consistently achieving sales targets while supporting and mentoring colleagues. You will share best practice, assist with more complex patient enquiries, and work closely with the New Patient Sales Team Manager to drive team performance, improve conversion rates, and enhance the overall patient journey. The role is fast-paced, target-driven, and requires excellent communication, organisation, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer care.

Key Responsibilities

Convert prospective patients into bookings for their initial diagnostic assessment, consistently achieving individual and team booking targets.
Contact patient leads who have scheduled calls promptly to maximise engagement and conversion.
Build rapport with prospective patients, understand their needs, and confidently explain the benefits of UK Vein Clinic's services.
Manage patient objections professionally and support patients in making informed decisions about booking their consultation.
Deliver an outstanding patient experience, ensuring every interaction is professional, empathetic, and informative.
Accurately record all patient interactions, outcomes, and follow-up activity within the CRM system.
Meet and exceed individual and monthly booking targets, contributing to overall team performance.
Handle complex or escalated patient enquiries, providing guidance and support where required.
Work closely with the New Patient Sales Team Manager to identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, patient engagement, and sales performance.
Monitor lead quality and provide feedback to support continuous improvement across the patient journey.
Ensure compliance with company policies, GDPR, and patient confidentiality requirements.
Represent UK Vein Clinic professionally, acting as a positive ambassador for the brand at all times.

Required

Proven experience in a sales role with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience working within a healthcare environment.
Experience handling telephone enquiries and building rapport with customers or patients.
Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Confidence working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
