Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Staff member and become the welcoming face of our bustling hospitality venue! In this dynamic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, ensure smooth operations, and create memorable experiences for every guest. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
Take food and beverage orders accurately, providing recommendations when appropriate to enhance guest experience
Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Support food preparation tasks as needed to ensure timely service during busy periods
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
Uphold food safety standards by following proper hygiene practices and health regulations

Skills

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is highly desirable
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and restaurant operations
Barista experience is a plus for roles involving coffee service
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
A friendly, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
