CBRE GlobalWorkplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities andcorporate real estate management. We deliver facilities solutions to ExxonMobilglobally, including five UK fuel terminals. The Midstream Operations Supportrole is part of a team delivering services across UK Midstream, supportingfinancial processes (Purchase-to-Pay), document management systems (SAP,SharePoint, OIMS/CIMS), and health and safety activities. The role involvesregular interaction with client stakeholders, managing data and documentation,acting as an Ergonomic Lead, and ensuring high-quality service delivery whilecontinuously identifying opportunities to improve and exceed customerexpectations.

What You’ll Do:

Actas a key point of contact for contract owners, Procurement, Payables, Buying,Strategic Buying, vendors, senior Midstream management, Financial Analysts,TM’s, and DTM’s—troubleshooting issues and responding to queries.
Supportthe Purchase-to-Pay (PtP) process in collaboration with Procurement andPayables teams.
ManageMidstream blanket purchase orders, ensuring all annual POs are raised andmaintained in line with business requirements and deadlines.
Overseepurchase order requests, ensuring all submissions include accurate financialcoding and up-to-date vendor details.
Stewardand manage the UK PtP Support mailbox, ensuring timely response and resolutionof queries. Document Management
Create,design, and maintain SharePoint sites; act as a subject matter expert for SAPprocurement issue resolution.
Managecritical documentation within OIMS and CIMS systems, including the processingand publishing of new and revised procedures and manuals.
Maintainand steward the Managed Document Register to ensure accuracy and compliance.-Ensure document management processes comply with RMG, MPI, confidentialityrequirements, and database record standards. Safety
ManageWCP permits, checklists, and tags—ensuring they are updated, stocked, anddistributed as required.
Coordinateand minute CBRE monthly meetings. Ad Hoc Administration
Organiseevents, including conferences, liaising with EMs personnel to meet allrequirements.
Actas Ergonomic Lead for all Hythe Terminal and Block 22 personnel.
Stewardmonthly starter/leaver meetings.
Conductasset independent verification activities.
Maintainand update distribution lists to ensure accuracy.

What You’ll Need:

SAP Purchase to pay experience
Strong experience creating andmanaging SharePoint and Extranet sites, including structure, permissions, andfunctionality.
Advanced proficiency in MS OfficeSuite
Over 4 years’ administrativeexperience supporting corporate clients in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to work independently,manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Highly organised with stronganalytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
Confident stakeholder communicationskills, including engagement with senior management.
Demonstrated commitment to Health& Safety standards and compliance.
Customer-focused approach, deliveringhigh-quality internal and external service.
Awareness of data protection,controls, and governance requirements.
Continuous improvement mindset with afocus on adding value and driving efficiencies.
