The Role:

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Product Manager to join our Product Commercialisation team on a maternity cover basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role supporting the delivery of new product launches—from initial concept through to first delivery. You’ll work at the centre of cross-functional teams, ensuring projects stay on track, on time, and aligned to business goals.

A full handover and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

Key responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of new and existing product projects (NPD & EPD)
Create and maintain project plans and critical paths
Lead project kick-offs, track risks, and ensure timelines are met
Coordinate cross-functional teams including:
Innovation & Development
Process Engineering
Manufacturing
Quality
Supply Chain & Sales
Lead stage-gate reviews to drive project progress
Monitor project status and provide clear updates on progress, risks, and actions
Liaise with customers regarding delivery and timelines
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and commercially viable

What we’re looking for

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Confident communication across a range of stakeholders
Good working knowledge of tools such as Excel, Word, or project systems
A collaborative approach with a focus on delivery and continuous improvement
Ability to keep teams aligned and accountable to timelines

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience in product management, project management, or operations
Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or a related field
Degree or qualification in business, science, or similar

Pay: Up to £31,190.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Trowbridge BA14 0XB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
