You’ll be joining us at our Leicester Practice on a part time basis - 9am-3pm Monday-Friday.

2 surgery practice equipped with the latest equipment and offering a variety of NHS and Private treatments

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
