Welcome to CTR Security, Bristol and Surrounding areas family-run, reliable, Security business. We offer Personable, and immediate services to our customers in whichever Industry they are in, whether that be Bars/Nightclubs or Hotels and Events. Working directly with our CEO, Charlie, we know exactly how key it is to have reliable hours and income, no big corporate companies, instead, a rota each week with the set hours you will be working.

Whilst experience in a job role like this is key, we are welcoming new security supervisors to start a long lasting career at CTR Security. Based in Bristol, we can offer you sustainability in venues, somewhere you can analyse, really get to know, and enjoy.

What we can offer you:

Part time Hours available, this will be fully discussable and flexibility can be met at both ends. 1-3 nights a week, minimum 4 hours work a night.
Working in premium pubs/bars and hotels in and around upmarket Bristol.
Referral programme.

Starting pay rates from £13 to £14 an hour (depending on role, venue, and current experience)

Responsibilities and Duties

Controlling Entry and Exit route.
Customer management to maintain and achieve crowd management and safe environment within the venue.
Crowd control.
Supervising all customer arrivals.
Carrying out thorough* ID checks.*
Screening and searching individuals if needed.
Defusing a situation calmly before eruption.

What we need from you

To currently hold a frontline SIA Door Supervisor Badge.
Have a proven experience somewhere within the security industry.
Be able to provide a 5 year work/school history.
Have excellent communication skills and be customer service focused.
Not essential but desirable, to have previous Door Supervisor experience.
Must be comfortable working in licensed premises.
