Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic skilled Therapist, minimum Level 4 to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional treatments, including advanced skin treatments using the latest equipment to deliver proven results. Your enthusiasm for helping clients look and feel their best will drive your success as you provide professional advice and tailored services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in a vibrant environment dedicated to patient care and wellbeing. You will be a key contributor to creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages client loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of treatments such as facials, laser hair removal and body therapies with precision and care
Provide expert skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual client needs
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation throughout all treatments
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, active listening, and clear communication
Maintain detailed online records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference
Stay updated on the latest techniques and product innovations to ensure top-quality service delivery

Experience

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist Level 4 or similar role within a reputable salon or spa environment
Demonstrated expertise in skincare treatments, laser hair removal and body therapies
Strong communication skills in English to effectively engage with diverse clients
Ability to provide exceptional customer service that fosters client loyalty and positive reviews
Knowledge of the latest health and safety regulations relevant to beauty therapy practices
Previous experience in delivering personalized consultations and tailored treatment plans is highly desirable
