Part Time Nursery Administrator
RAFAKidz Nursery, RAF Odiham, RG29 1QH
22.5 hours per week £13.21 per hour

We have an immediate opportunity available for an experienced administrator to join our friendly team. The role is busy and varied and requires a high level of up to date IT competency along with experience of working with finances. You will be using IT platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exel and nursery based apps.

Welcome visitors and provide excellent customer service
Develop and maintain accurate databases and information systems
Maintain organisation of paperwork and files within the nursery
Ordering supplies and resources
Issuing invoices and helping the manager manage any outstanding invoices.
Prepare and submit data for all forms of income including local authority, grants and parent fees
Prepare and send out invoices, cash handling where necessary and banking
Assist with marketing of services including fundraising

An understanding of the principles of safeguarding children is desirable, however this is covered in induction and ongoing training. Our preferred hours would be worked daily between Monday and Friday however we can offer some flexibility to the ideal candidate. We are unable to offer school hours or term time only working for this position as the Administrator will be present in the nursery at either the start or end of each day to welcome and build positive relationships with parents.

This post requires a satisfactory, enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check on appointment and every three years thereafter.
