About The Role:

Simon Hall - Will Writing Services is seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Self-Employed Estate Planning Advisor/Will writer. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work around your current commitments. You will need to have transport as you will be visiting clients in their own homes. Training is on-going; we prioritise attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:

Conduct consultations with clients ideally in their own homes to understand their needs and wishes, this can also be done via video link if appropriate.
Educate the client so that they can make an unpressured but informed decision on what is right for them.
Draft clear and legally sound Wills tailored to each client's unique circumstances using industry recognised Will writing software.
Provide information and guidance on estate planning and related matters.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Attend training sessions and continuously develop expertise.
Become a Member of the Institute of Professional Will Writers within the first year.
Collaborate with the team and contribute to the success of Simon Hall - Will Writing Services both personally and company wise.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Valid driving license.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

Access to a reliable computer and internet connection. Some appointments will be online but the majority will be face to face in the clients home.
