Job Description:
We are a rapidly expanding manufacturer and retailer of luxury interior products, who have recently taken on external investment and are in the process of undertaking a major rebrand and repositioning in their market. We have a newly refurbished retail showroom in Kensington and a separate production facility in North London, where our flooring is hand finished as per our customers’ request.
We are looking for an experienced Showroom Manager, ideally with 3 years or more experience in the Sales industry and home wares, luxury timber flooring experience is a plus, to come on board and help drive the business to the next level, turning it into a multi-million pound enterprise.
The day-to-day role will comprise of:
Showroom
· Meeting and undertaking client consultations in the showroom to assist retail and trade customers in selecting the right flooring by explaining material features, durability, and maintenance requirements.
· Arranging samples
· Keeping accurate records of all customer web enquiries and showroom visitors
· To upsell where appropriate
Operations of the Showroom Manager
· Attending site visits to measure and assess site readiness
· Using our in house quoting and measuring system to generate accurate pricing and quotes for customers
· Managing the sales pipeline, update CRM systems, and ensure all customer inquiries are followed up in a timely manner by phone, email, message, website
· Project Management and monitoring of installation of each project, acting as the primary point of contact between on-site teams, architects, engineers, and off-site clients to report on project status
· Maintaining regular contact with customers to identify their requirements and maintain our relationships
· Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maximize profitability and meet or exceed sales targets.
· Keeping up to date with all products, including new products, trends and discontinued lines
· Actively engaging and establishing new clients such as architects, interior designers, developers to build relationships with

The board of directors have ambitious plans to massively increase the size of the business and have already set about making major changes to grow the business and capture market share.
