Full job description

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Dartford, UK

Job Type: Full-Time

Harlon Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior leadership team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing exceptional support to our executives.

Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements

* Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations

* Manage and maintain confidential records and files

* Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences

* Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior executives, managers, and team members

* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls

* Manage the executive's inbox and respond to emails and messages as required

* Provide backup support for other administrative staff as needed

Requirements:

* 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Desired Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

* Knowledge of healthcare industry or similar sector

* Certification in Executive Administration or a related field (e.g. EA, PA, or administrative management)

* Familiarity with CRM software and other productivity tools
