Corporate Immigration Paralegal - Paragon Law

Job Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 35 hours)

Work location: Hybrid

Salary: £25,000 per annum

The Role:

This position will play a vital role in supporting solicitors with a variety of administrative and preparatory legal tasks. The role is ideal for someone who has an interest in immigration law and wants to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities / Job Description:

Assisting the legal team with the preparation of immigration applications and supporting documents.
Drafting correspondence to clients and third parties under supervision.
Completing application forms and collating supporting evidence.
Managing and organising case files within the case management system.
Liaising with clients to request documents and provide updates as directed.
Supporting with Home Office / UKVI submissions.
Conducting basic legal and policy research to support case preparation.
Providing general administrative support to the legal team.

Requirements:

A degree in Law or a related field (or working towards one).
A strong interest in immigration law.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
A proactive and reliable approach to work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn case management systems.
