Intro:

Role and Responsibilities:

General Administration Tasks
Processing orders on the system and following orders through from start to completion
Responding to internal and external emails in a timely manner
Support administration function
Organising transport booking for various couriers
Builds and maintains contact databases
Maintains relationships with existing clients
Provide regular, ongoing information on new products and services
Actively following up all quotations raised and providing feedback
Gathering general customer feedback, market activities and competitor information
Support technically new and existing customers; recommend solutions
Contributed to sales team effort by meeting individual and team sales targets & gross margin

Skills and Qualifications:

Be confident on telephone with new contacts
Build client relations
Promote excellence
Be enthusiastic and energetic
Be motivated to sell and be driven to meet personal and team targets
Able to work independantly
Ideally experience of dealing with Contractors/Residential customers
Advantage if experienced with landscaping/architectural products

Work Location: In person
