Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a conscientious Temp Billing Specialist to join our finance team on a temporary basis and help keep client billing running smoothly across the Group. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will maintain client accounts, raise and issue sales invoices and credit notes, and support the resolution of client and operational queries. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail who wants to gain experience within a supportive, fast-growing business.

What You'll be Doing

Responsible for raising and issuing AWR / ASL sales invoices.
Deputy for raising and issuing QUOODA sales invoices to clients.
Uploading sales invoices onto client workflow platforms where applicable.
Drafting Credit Notes and obtaining approvals, ensuring all are fully documented and filed.
Chasing customers for POs and resolving queries with the operations department.
Regular reporting, including weekly Invoicing Outstanding and Monthly Credit Note reporting.
Managing queries and issues from Clients, Operations, and CST.

What We Are Looking for

Previous experience in a billing, sales ledger or invoicing role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing invoices, credit notes and client account data.
Good working knowledge of Xero, with the confidence to quickly learn client workflow and invoicing platforms.
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients, operations and colleagues at all levels.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload while meeting deadlines.
A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
Immediately available or able to start at short notice is desirable, given the temporary nature of the role.
