Park Compliance Administrator

Location: Tattershall Lakes Country Park, Lincolnshire

Hours of work: Flexible 16hrs

Salary: £12.71 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Health & Safety Administrator to support the effective management of health, safety, and compliance activities across the business. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating safety-related administration, and assisting in promoting a positive safety culture throughout the organisation.

The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with managers and colleagues at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update health and safety records, databases, and documentation.
Support the administration of risk assessments, safe systems of work, and safety procedures.
Monitor training records.
Assist with the reporting, recording, and investigation administration of incidents, accidents, and near misses.
Ensure health and safety policies, procedures, and notices are communicated and kept up to date.
Manage documentation relating to contractors, permits, and certifications.
Liaise with managers and external agencies where required.
Assist with preparation for audits and regulatory inspections.
General administrative duties to support the Health & Safety function.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.

Desirable Requirements

Previous experience within a Health & Safety or compliance-related environment.
Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practices.
IOSH Working Safely or similar Health & Safety qualification.
Experience using safety management systems or compliance software.
