We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Team Co-ordinator to join our Operations Hub in Kennington. This is a fast-paced role at the centre of the business, coordinating engineers, supporting clients and ensuring every job is delivered to the highest standard.

The Role

Working alongside our Operations Team, you'll manage maintenance jobs from the moment they're received through to successful completion. Every day is different, requiring excellent organisation, clear communication and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.

Your Responsibilities

Raise and process reactive and planned maintenance jobs.
Manage jobs through to completion, ensuring updates are provided at every stage.
Deliver a premium customer service experience to clients, residents and occupiers.
Liaise with engineers to schedule appointments and maximise productivity.
Coordinate diaries and respond quickly to changing priorities.
Communicate confidently by telephone and email with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
Monitor outstanding jobs and ensure service level agreements are achieved.
Maintain accurate job records using our service management system.
Support the wider Operations Team to deliver an exceptional service every day.
Help create a positive, supportive and energetic team environment.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role within a Maintenance / service industry
Calm under pressure and able to prioritise multiple tasks.
Friendly, professional and passionate about delivering first-class customer service.
An excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner.
A strong team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems.
Experience in facilities management, property maintenance, engineering coordination or a service desk is desirable but not essential.
