As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Maintenance Operative to join our team. Are you able to perform manual tasks in an outdoor environment? Do you possess a full UK driving license? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

Fully Supported Travel: We book all your accommodation for the 4 nights away and provide daily subsistence payments.
Generous Leave: 31 days total (20 days annual + 8 bank holidays + Entitlement increases with service after 2 years to max 33

Your Role - As a Field Maintenance Engineer, you are the face of our aftersales service. You will:

Inspect & Repair: Ensure playground equipment meets strict safety standards (BSEN 1176).
Problem Solve: Use various power tools to complete high-quality on-site repairs.
Customer Focus: Liaise directly with clients to manage access and provide a 5-star experience.
Independence: Manage your company vehicle and stock while working solo or in a team on larger projects.

What You Need (Essential)

Experience: At least 1 year using power tools.
Mobility: A full UK Driving Licence and willingness to stay away 4 nights per week (100% travel).
Skills: Strong geographical knowledge and the ability to work under pressure.
Compliance: A DBS certificate (or willingness to undergo one).

Bonus Skills (Desirable)

RPII Operational Inspector qualification (This will fast-track your progression).
Experience in construction or groundworks
Experience in outdoor play equipment installation
