About the role
The Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power global growth. They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. By combining market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision, they deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region.
We're looking for a Credit Product Manager to support business lending. You’ll drive customer-centric solutions that are simple, seamless, and scalable to address capital challenges and needs that businesses face.

What you'll be doing-
Overseeing business lending, including SME lending and supply chain finance solutions

Managing the full product lifecycle, from scoping to overseeing performance once live

Identifying market opportunities and defining product vision and strategy
-
Understanding customer needs and pain points to gather product requirements

Working with a cross-functional team of technical Product Owners, Developers, Designers, and Operations Managers

Collaborating closely with credit risk, as well as 2nd and 3rd line teams

Driving brilliant outcomes for our customers through solid teamwork

Managing commercial KPIs along with customer outcomes
What you'll need-
5+ years of experience in business lending (SME lending or supply chain finance)

Excellent knowledge of the EU and UK business lending industry, including local market nuances

Proven success in developing and bringing new products to market

A detail-oriented, analytical, and innovative mindset

Experience writing business requirements and working with development teams to translate this into live products

An exceptional understanding of the end-to-end user journey for multiple business lending products, from origination to ongoing management

To be comfortable taking ownership and delivering ambitious goals
