We are looking for a driven Sales Representative who can take ownership of our West Midlands sales pipeline. You aren't just cold-calling; you are shaping commercial partnerships. You will connect with business leaders across the region, bridging the gap between client pain points and our tailored service offerings. You are the advocate for the client's growth in a market full of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: Pipeline Generation: Prospect, qualify, and engage local B2B leads across Birmingham and the surrounding West Midlands region. Consultative Selling: Lead client conversations from initial discovery calls through to tailored solution proposals and formal presentations. Account Management: Nurture ongoing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, secure repeat business, and identify upselling opportunities. Sales Strategy & Tracking: Maintain precise records in our CRM, accurately forecasting pipeline stages and conversion metrics. Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from client interactions to help shape our core product offerings and local go-to-market strategy.

What We Are Looking For: Experience: 2+ years of track record in B2B sales, account executive roles, or business development. Proven Results: A history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and growing client accounts. Show us how you built your pipeline and closed deals. Skills & Tools: Confident presentation ability, strong contract negotiation skills, and proficiency with modern CRM software. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with the confidence to communicate effectively with key decision-makers and C-suite executives. Mindset: You are self-motivated, resilient, and proactive. You know how to handle objections constructively and push deals across the finish line.

Pay: £25,420.00-£32,000.00 per year
