Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Product Installer and Sales Person to join our dynamic team! In this dual role, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly installing our products to ensure customer satisfaction. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will drive sales growth and foster lasting relationships with clients. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to combine technical expertise with sales acumen in a fast-paced environment, helping customers enhance their spaces with innovative solutions.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services
Conduct professional installation of products at customer locations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly to clients, enhancing their understanding and confidence in our offerings
Negotiate sales terms effectively, closing deals that meet both customer expectations and company goals
Manage scheduling for installations and follow-up appointments efficiently using organizational tools
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, installation details, and customer interactions
Drive company vehicles safely to various client sites, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales or customer service roles, with a focus on negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving long distances as needed
Strong communication skills in English, capable of explaining technical information clearly and confidently
Basic IT knowledge for using scheduling software, inventory management systems, and digital communication tools
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple installations and sales activities efficiently
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in product installation or technical roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
