The Role

Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and looking to build a career in a fast-paced commercial environment? Join our team as a Commercial Administrator and play an important role in supporting the delivery of winning bids and tenders.

This is a great opportunity to develop your skills within a collaborative, high-performing team—where your work directly contributes to securing new business and driving commercial success.

What You'll Be Doing

Monitoring tender platforms and identifying suitable opportunities to support business growth
Coordinating bid submissions, including pre-qualification questionnaires and compliance documentation
Supporting the development of bids, tenders, proposals, and customer renewals
Working with internal teams to gather accurate and relevant information for submissions
Maintaining bid registers, company documentation, and audit-ready records
Supporting reporting activities, including revenue validation and data management
Ensuring all submissions meet high standards of accuracy, consistency, and compliance
Continuously identifying ways to improve processes, systems, and document management

About You

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
Confident communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a drive to improve processes
Commercial awareness or an interest in bids, tenders, and business development
