Join One of the East Midlands' Leading Estate Agencies

Alexanders is an independent, forward-thinking estate agency with four offices across the East Midlands. Renowned for our premium marketing, exceptional customer service and innovative approach, we are on a mission to become the undisputed number one residential sales agent in the region.

We're looking for a talented, creative and ambitious Content Creator & Brand Marketing Manager to help take our brand to the next level.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media, enjoys creating engaging digital content and wants to play a key role in shaping the voice and identity of an established premium brand.

The Role

Based at our Ashby-de-la-Zouch headquarters, you'll have your own private office and become an integral part of our close-knit team. You'll be responsible for creating compelling content that showcases our properties, promotes our brand and engages our audience across multiple digital platforms.

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, together with alternate Saturdays (9:00am – 1:00pm).

What You'll Be Doing

Creating engaging photo and video content for social media.
Planning and managing content calendars across multiple platforms.
Producing reels, short-form videos and behind-the-scenes content.
Writing engaging property descriptions, blogs, press releases and email campaigns.
Managing and growing our social media presence.
Monitoring analytics and campaign performance to improve engagement.
Assisting with Google Ads, PPC campaigns and digital advertising.
Maintaining and updating our website.
Designing digital and printed marketing materials.
Supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
Researching industry trends and identifying new opportunities.
Working closely with our sales teams to market properties in the best possible light.
Helping organise promotional events and brand initiatives.
Providing general marketing and administrative support where required.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial awareness.

Ideally you'll have:

Proven experience creating engaging content for social media.
Excellent photography and videography skills.
Confidence editing short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Strong copywriting skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and paid social/PPC campaigns.
A passion for branding, marketing and digital storytelling.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A genuine interest in property, interiors and lifestyle marketing.
A full UK driving licence.
