Welcome
Thank you for your interest in joining Dr Ed Robinson Aesthetics.
We are delighted that you are considering becoming part of our clinical team.
At Dr Ed Robinson Aesthetics we believe aesthetic medicine should be practised to the same professional, ethical and governance standards expected within any other area of healthcare. Every consultation, treatment recommendation and clinical decision should be based upon sound medical judgement, patient safety and evidence rather than commercial pressure or passing trends.
As our clinic continues to grow, we are seeking an exceptional Prescribing Aesthetics Medical Practitioner who shares these values and wishes to develop their career within a progressive, medically led environment.
This is an opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team that places clinical excellence, professionalism and patient care at the centre of everything we do.
About Us
Dr Ed Robinson Aesthetics is a medically led, CQC-registered aesthetics clinic providing evidence-based injectable, regenerative, skin, laser and energy-based treatments.
Our patients choose us because they value honesty, expertise and natural-looking outcomes rather than dramatic transformation. Many travel considerable distances because they trust our clinicians to provide balanced advice and treatment recommendations that genuinely place their long-term interests first.
We believe aesthetic medicine is about improving confidence, wellbeing and quality of life- not chasing unrealistic ideals or encouraging unnecessary procedures.
Our philosophy is centred upon four principles:
Patient safety
Every clinical decision begins with patient safety. Treatment should only be undertaken when it is appropriate, justified and likely to benefit the patient.
Ethical practice
We believe clinicians have a responsibility to advise against treatment when it is not indicated. Building long-term trust is more important than providing treatment on the day.
Evidence-based medicine
Our recommendations are informed by current evidence, recognised guidance, continuing education and careful clinical judgement rather than marketing trends or social media.
Natural-looking outcomes
The best aesthetic treatment should be difficult to identify. Our aim is to help patients look refreshed, healthy and confident while respecting their individual anatomy and maintaining facial harmony.
Why Join Dr Ed Robinson Aesthetics?
Joining our team means becoming part of a clinic where professionalism is genuinely valued.
You will work alongside experienced clinicians who enjoy discussing cases to aid continuous learning and development, sharing knowledge and supporting one another.
We actively encourage thoughtful clinical decision-making, reflective practice and continual learning.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to a comprehensive patient journey that may include injectable treatments, regenerative medicine, prescription skincare, hormone replacement therapy, laser treatments, skin health programmes and energy-based technologies.
Rather than viewing treatments in isolation, we develop long-term combination treatment strategies that provide safe, balanced and sustainable outcomes.
Our Clinical Philosophy
Outstanding aesthetic medicine is not measured by the number of syringes used or appointments completed.
It is measured by:
- Selecting the right patients.
- Advising against inappropriate treatment when necessary.
- Understanding facial ageing.
- Respecting anatomy.
- Communicating honestly.
- Managing expectations realistically.
- Delivering consistently safe outcomes.
- Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.
We believe consultation is the most important procedure we perform.
Every recommendation should be clinically justified, proportionate and individualised.
The Role
- The successful candidate will provide consultations, assessment, diagnosis, journey planning, performing treatments and prescribing medication while working within our established governance framework and clinical protocols.
You will understand that consultation, consent and follow-up are equally as important as technical injecting skills.
Depending upon experience and competency, your clinical practice may include:
- Botulinum toxin treatments.
- Dermal fillers.
- Facial rejuvenation.
- Facial contouring.
- Skin boosters.
- Polynucleotide treatments.
- Biostimulatory injectable treatments.
- Platelet-rich plasma.
- Regenerative medicine treatments.
- Hair-restoration procedures.
- Assessment and management of aesthetic complications.
- Development of combination treatment plans with our skin and device teams.
- Hormone replacement therapy.
- Prescribing of medication
Clinical Decision Making
We expect our clinicians to think critically rather than simply provide requested treatments.
Successful applicants will feel comfortable:
- Declining treatment when inappropriate.
- Delaying treatment when necessary.
- Recommending alternative approaches.
- Referring patients internally for combination therapies.
- Seeking senior clinical advice whenever required.
We value sound judgement above treatment volume.
Working Within Our Team
You will become part of a collaborative multidisciplinary environment including doctors, skin therapists, laser practitioners, management and patient coordinators.
We encourage regular discussion of complex cases and recognise that excellent patient care is achieved through teamwork.
Respect, humility and professionalism underpin every interaction within the clinic.
Supporting the Medical Director and Clinical Management
As a senior member of the clinical team, you will play an active role in supporting the Medical Director and clinic management in maintaining the exceptionally high standards of governance, organisation and patient care upon which the clinic's reputation has been built.
The role extends beyond the delivery of injectable treatments. You will be expected to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the clinical service, ensuring that policies, standard operating procedures and documentation are consistently followed and that opportunities for continual improvement are identified.
You will help foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, teamwork and continuous learning, recognising that every member of the team contributes to delivering a safe, high-quality patient experience.
