As a Trainee Optical Assistant, you don’t need to have previous experience, you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores.

Specsavers Crawley is a thriving, customer-focused store located in the heart of Crawley town centre. The store offers a full range of optical and hearing services, delivered by a welcoming and experienced team dedicated to providing outstanding patient care. With a supportive working environment, modern clinical facilities, and a strong commitment to colleague development, it's an excellent place to build a rewarding career while making a positive impact in the local community.
