Full job description

Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to deliver a high standard of service to our members and guests. This is a casual position, providing cover as required for holidays, sickness absence, and peak business periods. We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for interview will be contacted.

Shifts will vary between 6.15am and 10.30pm, Monday to Sunday, according to business needs.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service to members and guests
Taking bookings and processing payments for activities, services, and retail items
Responding to membership enquiries and conducting membership tours
Handling telephone enquiries
Cash handling and reconciliation
General reception and administrative duties

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience required
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous reception experience desirable
