Full job description

Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our practice in Okehampton.. As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.

The working pattern for this role is 3 days (looking for ideally 8hrs per day). Monday 9am to 6pm and other two days 8.30am to 5.30pm (days could be flexible for the right person). We will also have the opportunity for an increase in hours in the new year and overtime will also be available for anyone looking for more hours. As a receptionist, you’ll be based on site in our practice, so home working is not possible.
