Full job description

Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for delivering, servicing, and collecting portable toilets across Cornwall and surrounding areas. This is a hands‑on driving and operational role, working independently on most jobs and representing the company on site.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and collect portaloos to events, sites, farms, and private locations using company vehicles and trailers.
Service units on site, including pumping out, replenishing consumables, cleaning, and ensuring all units are left in good working order.
Complete daily route plans and manage time effectively to meet customer schedules.
Carry out basic maintenance on units (e.g., minor repairs, replacing parts, checking functionality).
Operate equipment safely, including pumps, hoses, straps, and lifting aids.
Communicate professionally with customers, site managers, and event organisers.
Record jobs accurately, including delivery notes, service logs, and any issues found.
Maintain vehicles and equipment, reporting defects and keeping everything clean and presentable.
Follow health & safety procedures, including PPE use, manual handling, and safe working around vehicles and machinery.

Requirements

Full UK driving licence (towing experience preferred but not essential).
Good practical skills and confidence working outdoors in all weather.
Ability to work independently and problem‑solve on site.
Physically fit enough for manual handling and hose work.
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable dealing with customers.
Willingness to work occasional early mornings, weekends, or event hours when required.
