Full job description

London. Full time, permanent with hybrid working.
Role will consist of 50% BAU and 50% Project work.
You will be joining the EMEA Office 365/Messaging team (Currently 3 people).
The team Support Messaging and Office 365 for EMEA.
Including permissions, client access, mail protection, and mail flow in a hybrid environment.
The role will also focus on any M&As that CBRE run within EMEA.

Key Responsibilities • Configuration, administration and support of messaging within Office 365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, etc. • Assisting with mergers and acquisitions of companies into (and out of) CBRE • Supporting Proofpoint and in/outbound message flow. • Provide 3rd line support to the FTS and Service desk end user support teams. • Being self-sufficient and deliver projects on time.
Essential Skills • Good understanding of primary Office 365 platforms (Exchange/Teams/SharePoint/Power Platform/OneDrive). • Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop Operating systems. • Support and management of Azure/Active Directory/DNS. • Solid knowledge of networking concepts and technologies. • Strong communication, troubleshooting and analytical skills
Desirable skills • PowerShell Scripting • Sailpoint Identity management • Other Microsoft O365 Products, Flow, Graph, PowerBi etc. • Knowledge and understanding of CoPilot, Cowork and AI is a plus.
