What you’ll do
Being a People Advisor is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be:

Partnering with leaders across our UK&I business to provide expert people advice, coaching and support that drives business performance and improves team member experience.
Building trusted stakeholder relationships and using data-led insights to shape people plans, identify risks and deliver practical solutions.
Supporting managers with performance, development and employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent decision making at all times.
Leading and supporting organisational change, people projects and strategic initiatives in partnership with the Senior People Partner.
Championing an inclusive, high-performing culture by supporting engagement, talent development and continuous improvement across the business.

Who you are

It’s your unique blend we’re interested in:

Previous experience in a People Advisor, HR Advisor, People Partner or similar HR role within a fast paced, Retail or Hospitality business.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience managing employee relations matters.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Skilled at coaching and constructively challenging managers, with a high degree of professionalism, integrity and discretion.

Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home working with in-person time whenever it matters most – whether that’s a team moment, a creative session, or simply coming together to share ideas.
We’re excited to be moving into a new home for our brand in St Albans in January 2027 – an inspiring space from which our Support Centre teams will work three days a week to connect and collaborate in-person to bring our bold ambition to life.
