Midweight Creative Technologist

LondonContractImmediate Start

We're looking for a Midweight Creative Technologist who can independently design and optimise generative workflows in a production environment.

This role bridges creative intent and technical execution — taking ownership of pipeline design, model testing, and workflow refinement. You'll translate complex briefs into structured AI systems, and support junior team members in the process.

What You'll Do

Design and maintain ComfyUI workflows for image and video generation
Optimise sampler strategies, CFG ranges, and denoise workflows
Build repeatable templates for shot production
Write Python scripts to support workflow automation and efficiency
Integrate ControlNet systems (depth, pose, motion, segmentation)
Manage model versioning and LoRA stacks
Translate creative briefs into structured AI pipelines
Ensure visual continuity across sequences
Support junior team members with debugging and workflow guidance

What We're Looking For

Strong experience with ComfyUI
Solid working knowledge of Python (automation, scripting, debugging)
Deep understanding of latent workflows and VAE decoding
Deep understanding of ControlNet variants and model conditioning
Strong compositing experience
Strong visual literacy — cinematic lighting, realism, framing

Nice to Have

Experience in film or VFX environments
Familiarity with Nuke, Blender, Unreal, or similar tools
Understanding of colour pipelines and high-bit-depth workflows

You think in systems, not single outputs. You're comfortable owning workflows end-to-end and improving them over time. You can balance experimentation with production reliability. Please send CV and portfolio.
