This is an ideal step up for a marketer with 2–3 years of experience who wants genuine ownership of their work. You will plan, write, brief and deliver campaigns end to end across both brands, including hands-on management of paid media across Google Ads and Meta, adapting your strategy to suit two distinct audiences without losing your creative edge.
If you’ve been waiting for a role where the work is yours to own and the brands are genuinely worth talking about, this is it.
What you will do
– Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across CasaVera and Anamorphic & Co. from brief to post-campaign review.
– Build, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) for both brands, including search, display, and retargeting.
– Manage campaign budgets across paid channels, ensuring spend is allocated effectively and performance is reported clearly.
– Manage campaign calendars aligned to product launches, project milestones, seasonal moments, and events.
– Write campaign copy and creative briefs, shifting tone fluidly between a luxury lifestyle brand and a premium construction and design company.
– Own organic social content planning and scheduling across Instagram and LinkedIn.
– Manage email marketing programmes including segmentation, scheduling, testing, and reporting.
– Brief and direct in-house designers with clear, timely creative direction.
– Track and report campaign performance across paid and organic channels and use data to optimise continuously.
– Support showroom events, project case study content, and client communications as needed.
– Help develop lead generation activity for Anamorphic & Co., targeting homeowners, developers, and commercial clients.
What we are looking for
– 2–3 years of marketing or campaign experience, ideally within interiors, construction, property, design, or a related premium sector.
– Proven hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, and performance optimisation.
– A confident and versatile writer who understands how to speak to both a consumer lifestyle audience and a high-value B2B or project-based client.
– Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
– Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities without close supervision.
– As comfortable with a campaign report as with a creative brief.
– A genuine appreciation for design, architecture, construction, or the built environment.
– Self-starting, well organised, and collaborative by nature.
Nice to have
– Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
– Experience marketing a premium residential or commercial property brand.
– Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation, or basic SEO principles.
– Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
– Understanding of project-based sales cycles and longer buyer journeys.
What we offer
– £35,000 per year with a salary review at 6 months.
– Real ownership of two complementary brand identities and their paid media from day one.
– A small, high-standards team with no unnecessary layers or bureaucracy.
– A beautiful 8,500 sq ft West London workspace surrounded by exceptional design and craftsmanship.
– Direct exposure to luxury interiors, construction projects, and high-end client work.
– The portfolio depth that would take years to accumulate at a large agency.
