Associate Dentist – Brand-New Modern Dental Practice

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our friendly and dynamic dental team.

The ideal candidate must possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in various dental procedures. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a supportive and friendly environment.

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Associate Dentist to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art dental practice. Our mission is to provide exceptional patient care in a modern and welcoming environment, delivering a comprehensive range of dental treatments under one roof.

The successful candidate will be confident in all aspects of general dentistry and particularly experienced in root canal treatment, extractions, and periodontal care.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
Develop and implement personalised treatment plans tailored to patients' needs.
Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including:
General and restorative dentistry
Root canal treatment (Endodontics)
Dental extractions
Periodontal diagnosis and treatment
Preventive dentistry
Emergency dental care
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with GDC and CQC requirements.
Work collaboratively with dental nurses, hygienists, therapists, and administrative staff to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
Stay up to date with advancements in dental techniques, materials, and regulations.

Requirements

GDC registered Dentist with a valid licence to practise in the UK.
Excellent clinical skills across all areas of general dentistry.
Proven experience and confidence in performing root canal treatments, extractions, and periodontal procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to providing outstanding patient-centred care.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Professional, reliable, and motivated approach to dentistry.
