About the Role
Are you organised, creative and enjoy bringing people and plans together?
We are looking for a motivated Events Coordinator to join our team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher, graduate or career starter who wants to build practical experience in event coordination, customer service, administration and team organisation.
No previous event management experience is required. Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided.
You will work with experienced colleagues to support events from planning through to delivery, while developing valuable skills in communication, scheduling, organisation and event operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating events from preparation through to completion.
- Support event schedules, activities and operational arrangements.
- Communicate professionally with attendees, customers, suppliers and team members.
- Assist with venue preparation, event materials and event-day requirements.
- Help coordinate activities to ensure events run smoothly and on schedule.
- Respond to attendee and customer enquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain event-related records, documents and administrative information.
- Work with colleagues to resolve routine event-related issues.
- Assist with post-event feedback, reporting and follow-up activities.
- Participate in training and coaching to develop event management and coordination skills.

Requirements
This is a genuine entry-level opportunity, so previous event experience is not essential.

A genuine interest in events, customer experience and team coordination will be advantageous.
Experience
Previous experience in relevant event management, customer-facing, administrative, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, operations, or related roles is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
