Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic, ensuring that every space is left immaculate and welcoming. This role involves cleaning residential properties, with an emphasis on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, paying attention to detail in every task.
Manage time effectively to complete cleaning assignments within designated timeframes.
Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
Maintain an organised supply inventory and request additional supplies as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a cleaning or hospitality environment.
Previous experience in the cleaning of private homes is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move items as necessary.
A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to various cleaning tasks as required.
