Receptionist / Gym Assistant - Fitness Industry Opportunity

Feel Fit Gym is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Receptionist/Gym Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone currently studying or pursuing a career in the fitness industry and looking to gain hands on experience in a dynamic gym environment.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our members and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the day to day operations of the facility. Responsibilities include:

Welcoming members and visitors at reception with a friendly and professional approach
Handling membership enquiries and promoting membership sales
Answering phone calls and responding to gym related queries
Assisting with tours, trials, and ensuring a positive member experience
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of gym equipment and surrounding areas
Processing payments in line with company procedures
Supporting initiatives to help drive revenue and business growth
Carrying out key holder duties, including opening and closing the facility

Requirements

Level 2 fitness qualification (required) or currently working towards one
Previous experience in reception, sales, or customer service (desirable)
Confident, proactive, and a strong team player
Excellent verbal communication skills
Computer literate
Ability to use initiative and contribute ideas
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours
