Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team, responsible for transforming and enhancing the appearance of various propertied across London. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction painting, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, filling, sanding, etc.
Turning over voids quickly and to a high standard for clients.
Use a variety of tools and equipment such as brushes, rollers, spray guns safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure safety standards are met.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues encountered.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction painting or decorating roles
Valid driving licence preferred for transportation between sites
Proficiency in speaking and understanding English to facilitate clear communication
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or collaboratively within a team environment
Organised approach with attention to detail to deliver high-quality finishes
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
