Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This role offers an engaging environment where teamwork, communication, and organisation are key to success.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist with their enquiries
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
Take orders accurately and process payments using the point-of-sale system
Maintain a clean and organised front of house area, including reception and dining spaces
Provide information about menu items, specials, and services offered
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with company policies

Experience

Barista trained is essential, please only apply if you have been barista trained
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality is essential
Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Organised with excellent attention to detail
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different roles within the team
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer experiences

Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm, Permanent
