Overview

Join our dynamic sales team as an Outbound Sales Representative, where your energy and communication skills will drive growth and build lasting client relationships. In this role, you will proactively reach out to potential clients, promote our innovative solutions, and contribute to expanding our market presence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment while making a tangible impact on business success.

Duties

Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using CRM software to generate new business opportunities
Present and explain product or service benefits clearly and enthusiastically to potential customers
Qualify leads by understanding client needs and matching them with suitable solutions
Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up actions within Salesforce or other CRM tools
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target markets effectively
Follow up with interested prospects to nurture relationships and close sales deals
Communicate complex information in a straightforward manner, ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction

Experience

Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales or telemarketing roles demonstrating strong outbound calling skills
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus for reaching diverse markets
Ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively while actively listening to customer needs
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
Prior experience working with CRM tools and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions is preferred
