Who We Are:

Established in 1995, Quorn Stone is a leading retailer and importer of luxury natural stone and porcelain flooring. With 10 showrooms across the UK and our Head Office based in Loughborough, we are passionate about delivering the highest quality products alongside exceptional customer service.

We work with homeowners, designers, and trade professionals to bring beautiful spaces to life, and pride ourselves on our knowledgeable team, supportive culture, and commitment to excellence.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our Head Office team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you!

The Role:

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Working hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Head Office, Loughborough, LE11 1QJ

As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll be a key part of our Customer Support team, ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience from purchase through to delivery and beyond. You'll work closely with our showroom teams, logistics partners, and internal departments to resolve queries, coordinate deliveries, and provide outstanding after-sales support.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll be an important point of contact for our customers, helping to ensure every interaction reflects the high standards Quorn Stone is known for.

What You Will Be Doing:

Delivering first-class customer service via phone and email
Providing after-sales support and product guidance
Supporting showroom teams with order queries and amendments
Coordinating customer deliveries and ensuring individual requirements are met
Managing customer queries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally
Liaising with haulage companies to coordinate deliveries
Keeping customers informed with delivery updates and progress
Processing returns and refunds accurately
Acting as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless customer service
Completing general administrative duties to support the wider Customer Support team

To Be an Excellent Customer Support Advisor, You Will Need:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
A proactive, positive approach and the ability to thrive in a busy environment
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Good numerical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Previous experience in a customer-facing or customer service role
Experience using Business Central or a similar CRM system (desirable)
A full UK driving licence
The ability to reliably commute to our Head Office in Loughborough
